Step 3: Fitting Appointment

Your transformation takes approximately 2 hours.

Step 4: Ongoing Maintenance & Aftercare

To keep your system looking and performing at its best,
this is a shared process.

Yes. We recommend washing with water only around once per week and using the recommended products and specific aftercare.

Can I sleep in it?
Yes. A satin or silk pillowcase is recommended for best results.

Does it move or come loose?
When fitted and maintained correctly, most clients experience no issues.

How long does it take for my system to arrive?
Each system is custom-made for you, so production typically takes a few weeks. We’ll guide you through timelines during your consultation so you know exactly what to expect.

Can I choose a different hair colour?
Yes. Your system is completely bespoke, which means we can customise colour, blends and tones to suit you perfectly — including multi-tonal and natural-looking finishes.

Can the system be coloured after fitting?
Yes. Your system can be coloured and refined further once fitted. We’ll advise you on what’s best to maintain the quality and longevity of the hair.

Can I swim with my system?
You can live an active lifestyle with your system. However, we don’t recommend regular exposure to chlorine, as it can affect the condition and longevity of the hair. We’ll guide you on how to protect it where needed.

I don’t want it to feel thick or bulky — is that possible?
Absolutely. Every system is tailored to you, including density. Whether you want something light and natural or fuller and more voluminous, we design it to suit your preference.

What will it feel like to wear?
During your consultation, we’ll show you different systems so you can see and feel how lightweight, flexible and comfortable they are. Most clients are surprised at how natural they feel once fitted.
