What We Don’t Do
Permanent Curl solutions for straight hair, perming is not a solution which is available at HEIR Salon.
Coil styling and treatments are not within our range of services. Our expertise is exclusively to enhancing natural curls.
What to Expect During a Tailored Curl Appointment
Personalised Consultation: We start with understanding your curl pattern, routine, and goals.
Customised Treatment Plan: A step-by-step plan tailored just for your curls.
Expert Cut and Colour: We have selected team members who specialise in curly hair services, they have had specific training and experience to gain knowledge, skills and expertise.
Education and Maintenance: Before you leave, we'll share tips and tricks for at-home care for ultimate maintenance and longevity.
A curl by curl cut is slightly different to an HEIR Cut and Finish:
First of all we will ask you to visit us with your hair in its natural state.
This will allow your stylist to make a thorough assessment of your hair and scalp needs and next steps.
The cleanse and finish is also likely to be bespoke to your exact curl pattern and objectives, we will discuss this with you during your service.
Your appointment might be longer than a “standard” HEIR Cut and Finish, especially if this is your first curl by curl cut. This will give the stylist the extra time they require when making their curl assesment and treatment plan. Please allow up to an hour and 15 minutes for your curl by curl appoitment.

Q: Can I still wear my hair straight after a curl-enhancing cut? A: Absolutely, however, please make sure you discuss this with the stylist, as they may alter their cutting technique to suit your preferences. The curl treatment is not a permanent treatment and will only enhance your natural texture, it won’t alter the hair permanently.
