During your appointment, we will:

✔ Recommend the best method for your lifestyle and goals
✔ Discuss maintenance, aftercare and investment

You’ll leave with a clear, expert-led plan and next steps for your transformation.

If you decide to move forward, we’ll order your bespoke hair and arrange your fitting appointment.

👑 Step 1: Hair Systems Appointment

45 Minutes | £45

A specialist appointment for clients experiencing hair loss, thinning or scalp visibility.

This is a detailed, private session designed to fully assess your hair and scalp and guide you towards the most suitable solution with care, expertise and discretion.

During your appointment, we will:
✔ Carry out a detailed hair and scalp assessment
✔ Discuss your experience, concerns and goals
✔ Explore suitable system options
✔ Carry out colour matching where appropriate
✔ Discuss maintenance, timings and investment clearly

You’ll leave with a personalised plan and complete clarity on your options and next steps.

If you choose to proceed, your bespoke system can be ordered and your fitting appointment arranged.

30 Minutes | £30

Required for all advanced colour transformations including:
– Grey blending
– Colour corrections
– Full colour changes
– Vivid or specialist colour work

This appointment allows your colour specialist to assess your hair with complete precision before planning your transformation.

During your appointment, we will:
✔ Assess your current colour and hair condition
✔ Map out your colour journey
✔ Carry out any required strand or skin testing
✔ Create a bespoke colour plan tailored to your goals
✔ Discuss timings, maintenance and investment

Your full appointment will then be booked with total clarity and confidence.

How do I know which service to choose?
If you’re unsure, we recommend completing our online consultation form, and we’ll guide you toward the service that’s best for you.

Can I request a specific stylist?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to request a stylist if you’ve seen their work or had a personal recommendation. Just let us know on the online consultation form.

What if I don’t know who to book with?
That’s completely normal, especially if it’s your first visit.
Fill out the consultation form, and we’ll match you with the stylist who best suits your hair type, goals, and personality. We’re really good at this 💫

Do you offer one-to-one colour appointments?
Yes, with our Colour Services, you can choose a dedicated one-to-one session, where your stylist focuses solely on you. It allows for deeper consultation, uninterrupted care and more time to achieve beautiful results. We’ll discuss this during your consultation and recommend what suits you best.

Is the consultation really free?
Yes, and there’s no obligation to book after. The consultation is about giving you clarity, comfort and a plan, with no pressure.

How far in advance should I book?
Some of our stylists are booked several weeks ahead, especially for specialist services like extensions and curls. We recommend booking early if you have a preferred date or stylist in mind.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens, we get it! We simply ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer the space to someone else.

Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring a friend or support person. If you’d prefer a more private setting, we can also offer a one-to-one consultation room — just let us know when booking.

Do I need to prep my hair before my appointment?
We’ll let you know what’s needed before your visit in your booking confirmation. For most services, arriving with clean, dry hair is perfect, but don’t stress, we’ll guide you every step of the way.
