Terms and Conditions

The Blow Dry Club

The HEIR Salon Blow Dry Club is a premium membership service that entitles the member to unlimited blow dry appointments each month, with our Rising Stars team, subject to availability.

Membership Options and Pricing

30 Minute Blow Dry Club: £65 per month
45 Minute Blow Dry Club: £95 per month

Membership is billed monthly and offers unlimited appointments based on the chosen duration.

Payment Terms

The membership fee will be automatically deducted each month from your chosen payment method.
Membership starts from the date of your first payment.
All fees are non-refundable, and appointments do not roll over to the next month.

Service Providers

Blow dries will be performed by our Rising Stars team.
While we always aim to honour stylist preferences, we cannot guarantee availability of specific team members.
Appointments will always be assigned to the appropriate service level.

Membership Terms

Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only.
You may cancel your membership by providing one month’s written notice via email.
HEIR Salon reserves the right to amend or withdraw the membership at any time.
Members agree to follow all salon policies and treat our team with kindness and respect.

Upgrading and Downgrading

To change your membership to the 45 Minute Blow Dry Club at £95 per month, simply let us know.
To downgrade to the 30 Minute option, one month’s written notice via email is required.

Longer Appointment Options

If you are on the 30 Minute Blow Dry Club but occasionally need more time, we offer two flexible options:

  1. Pay a one-off surcharge on the day of your appointment
    Our team will inform you of the additional cost in advance.

  2. Upgrade your membership to the 45 Minute option for £95 per month

If a 30 Minute membership is purchased by mistake, our team will happily discuss your hair needs and offer the most suitable upgrade.

Other Services

Blow Dry Club memberships do not include cut and finish appointments.
If a haircut is required, this will be charged separately at our standard pricing.
Members are welcome to use a blow dry appointment following a colour or treatment service.

Booking, Cancellations and No-Show Policy

To keep your experience seamless and fair for all members, we ask that you notify the salon in advance if you cannot attend your appointment.
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in membership termination to protect availability for other members.
We appreciate your support in helping us maintain a high standard of service for all.

These Terms and Conditions are effective from December 1, 2025, and replace any previous versions.
