HEIR Extensions Membership

The HEIR Extensions Membership is a tailored subscription service designed for clients seeking discreet, natural-looking hair enhancement with ongoing expert care.

Membership is offered across two levels and two plan types, based on your desired results and support needs.

Membership Options and Pricing

THICKNESS MEMBERSHIP
Standard: £80 per month
Premium (includes weekly blow dry): £170 per month

THICKNESS AND LENGTH MEMBERSHIP
Standard: £145 per month
Premium (includes weekly blow dry): £235 per month

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

What’s Included

Standard Membership

  • Professional maintenance appointments every 8 weeks
    (includes removal, cleanse, blow dry and refit)

  • Appointments delivered by a HEIR qualified Extension Artist

  • Personalised aftercare advice and support

  • Extension plan tailored to your natural hair and lifestyle

Premium Membership
Everything in the Standard Membership
Plus:

  • Weekly blow dry appointments with a Rising Star (Junior or New-to-HEIR team member)

Important Note
The cost of hair is not included in the membership and is payable separately at the time of ordering. Hair must be ordered in advance of fitting and is non-refundable once confirmed.

Service Terms

  • Maintenance appointments are scheduled every 8 weeks. It is your responsibility to ensure appointments are booked in good time.

  • Additional appointments requested outside of your membership (e.g. extra refits, styling appointments, cutting or colouring) will be charged separately.

  • Weekly blow drys under the Premium Membership are subject to availability and must be pre-booked. We cannot guarantee a specific stylist.

Payment Terms

  • Membership is a rolling monthly subscription and will be automatically deducted from your nominated payment method.

  • Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • If your membership is paused or cancelled, any missed maintenance appointments cannot be claimed retrospectively.

Cancellations and Notice Period

  • You may cancel your membership with one full month’s written notice via email.

  • Missed appointments without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

  • HEIR Salon reserves the right to amend pricing or membership structure with one month’s notice to members.

Missed Appointments and No-Shows

To maintain the integrity of our schedule and service quality, we ask all members to provide notice if they cannot attend a booked appointment.

Repeated missed appointments or no-shows may result in membership review or cancellation.

Use of Membership

  • Memberships are valid for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred.

  • Blow dry appointments included in the Premium Membership may not be exchanged for other services.

  • Members agree to respect HEIR Salon policies and our team members.

Hair and Extension Health

All memberships are built around supporting the health of your natural hair. Your extension plan will be reviewed regularly to ensure the best results.

We reserve the right to refuse or pause your membership if the condition of your hair or scalp is not suitable for continued extension wear.

Effective Date: These Terms & Conditions are effective from December 1, 2025, and replace any previous version.
