I'm a Director Stylist at HEIR Salon with over 16 years of experience, and I'm passionate about helping women and men feel like themselves again through expert, results-focused hair solutions.
Throughout my career, I've been honoured to receive multiple industry awards, including Extension Artist of the Year at The Salon Awards. My passion has always been combining technical expertise with genuine care to create natural-looking transformations that inspire confidence.
I specialise in advanced hair enhancement and hair replacement solutions, including the HEIR Extension System, mesh integration, meshless integration, and long and short hair replacement systems.
Every solution I create is carefully tailored to the individual. Whether it's restoring confidence after hair loss, creating natural-looking fullness for fine or fragile hair, or designing a bespoke transformation, my priority is always to achieve results that feel effortless, comfortable and completely personal.

I'm a Director Stylist at HEIR Salon with over 10 years of experience, and I genuinely love helping people feel more confident through beautiful, personalised hair.
Throughout my career, I've been honoured to receive multiple industry awards, including Colourist of the Year for two consecutive years and Texture Stylist of the Year at The Salon Awards. While I'm incredibly proud of those achievements, what matters most to me is creating results that feel completely right for the person sitting in my chair.
I specialise in bespoke colour transformations, including Grey Blending, advanced 1:2:1 colour appointments and curl-enhancing services, creating personalised colour journeys that are designed around your lifestyle, your hair and your long-term goals.
Alongside colour, I also specialise in advanced hair enhancement and hair replacement solutions, including the HEIR Extension System, mesh integration, meshless integration and long hair systems. With over 8 years of experience, I know that no two clients are the same. Taking the time to really listen is one of the most important parts of every appointment.
I love helping clients who want a more personalised approach to their hair. Hairdressing has been my passion from an early age. I started working in a salon while I was still at school before completing my Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications, and since then I've continued to develop my skills through advanced education with leading international colour brands.

Hi, I'm Ezmae.
I've loved hairdressing since I first stepped into a salon at 15, and every day I enjoy learning more about the craft and refining the little details that make a great haircut truly exceptional.
I'm naturally drawn to precision cutting, especially short hairstyles and beautifully tailored bobs. There's something incredibly rewarding about creating clean shapes that grow out well and work effortlessly with your everyday routine.
I also have a real passion for working with natural curls. Every curl pattern is unique, and I love taking the time to understand how your hair behaves so we can create a shape that enhances your natural texture while making styling at home feel much easier.

Hairdressing has quickly become so much more than a career for me, it's something I genuinely love. Every day I get to learn, create and meet wonderful people, and I honestly couldn't imagine doing anything else.
One of the proudest moments of my journey so far was being named Apprentice of the Year at The Salon Awards. It was an incredible achievement and one that has inspired me to keep learning, growing and giving every client the very best experience I possibly can.
I love looking after our Blow Dry Club members and supporting the salon team, making sure every client feels welcomed, relaxed and leaves looking and feeling amazing. Whether I'm creating a beautiful blow dry or learning a new technique, I put my whole heart into everything I do.

Whether you've completed one of our consultation forms, are enquiring about a service or simply aren't sure where to start, I'll be here to guide you through the next steps. As Salon Manager at HEIR, my role is to make sure every part of your experience feels effortless from the moment you first get in touch to the moment you leave the salon.
Over the past nine years, I've worked closely alongside Natalie and Natasha, helping shape the systems, organisation and client journey that HEIR has become known for. I'm also incredibly proud to have been recognised as a two-time British Hairdressing Business Awards finalist.
While our talented stylists focus on creating beautiful results, my focus is on making sure everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly. Whether I'm helping you choose the right stylist, guiding you through your booking journey, supporting our team or ensuring every detail of your visit has been carefully considered, I want you to feel looked after every step of the way.
