As an expert in hair extensions, I have a passion for helping my clients achieve the looks they desire, and I'm always looking for new ways to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques. In addition, I'm proud to be a mentor to the junior members of our team, helping them grow and develop their skills in the salon. As a hair colouring specialist, I have a keen eye for detail, particularly when it comes to creating stunning bleach and tone services and Balayage. What I love most about my job is being able to produce beautiful colours while still keeping their hair healthy and vibrant. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing my clients' faces light up when they achieve their hair goals in the salon.
When I'm not behind the chair, I enjoy sharing my knowledge and expertise with other hairdressers as part of the HEIR education team. It's an honour to be able to inspire and mentor others in the industry, and I'm proud to be part of a team that values ongoing learning and development. One of the most fulfilling aspects of my role is training the next generation of hair stylists, passing on my skills and techniques to help them succeed in the industry. Seeing their growth and success is truly inspiring, and I feel fortunate to be able to contribute to their development.

My name is Tilly, and some of you may recognise me from my time as an apprentice at this very salon many years ago. It's truly an honour to be back here as a senior team member and see how much I've grown and developed as a hair expert since then.
My passion for creating stunning long hair looks is what drives me every day, and I take pride in being able to provide my clients with beautiful balayage and blonde services that they can feel confident and proud of. I'm always striving for precision and perfection in my work, and my knowledge of hair is something that I'm constantly building upon.

Hey there! I'm Charlotte. I've been working as a hairdresser for over 11 years, and I'm passionate about creating beautiful hair looks for my clients. I specialize in balayage and blonde hair, and I love getting creative and trying new things with my clients.
One of the things I love most about my job is the opportunity to work closely with my clients and really listen to their needs. I take great pride in my attention to detail, and I'm always striving to deliver the best possible service and experience for my clients.
Outside of work, I'm a bit of a fashion and beauty enthusiast, and I love exploring new trends and styles. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends, trying new restaurants, and traveling to new places.

I'm Victoria, and I couldn't be happier to be a member of the HEIR Salon family. My role as HEIR Salon Co-ordinator has allowed me to work closely with the Salon and Education team, assisting in the day-to-day running of the salon and training and development of new talent.
One of the things I love most about my job is working on our award-winning digital journey and developing our exclusive HEIR Memberships. I'm always brainstorming creative ideas to keep our clients engaged and excited. And what's a salon without events? I have the pleasure of planning and executing our highly sought-after Charlotte Tilbury events, where our clients have a blast and feel their best.
As the first point of contact for our valued clients, I take pride in warmly greeting each guest, answering their inquiries, and capturing memorable photos of their stunning hairstyles. My top priority is to ensure that each customer enjoys a flawless experience at HEIR. This is accomplished through my dedication to providing exceptional customer service, a seamless digital journey, and unique moments of delight before and after every appointment.
