Hi, I’m Kim.
I’m a Director Stylist at HEIR with 19 years of experience, specialising in extensions, advanced hair replacement and confidence-restoring hair transformations.
I’ve always loved the technical side of hairdressing, but what matters most to me is the person sitting in my chair. I particularly love working with clients who have lost confidence in their hair and helping them find a solution that feels natural, comfortable and like them again.
I’m highly trained in men’s and women’s hair systems, the HEIR Extension System, mesh and meshless integration, and long and short hair replacement systems. I’m also known for extensions and love creating a great crop haircut, so whether we’re adding discreet fullness, creating a complete hair transformation or designing a beautiful short shape, I’m focused on getting the result right for the individual.
I’m proud to be a multi-award-winning stylist, including being named Extension Artist of the Year at The Salon Awards, but what I’m proudest of is everything I’ve built and achieved throughout my career and the difference those skills can make to someone’s confidence.
If you’re nervous about discussing your hair, experiencing hair loss or thinning, or simply don’t know what solution is right for you, I want you to know that I’m here to listen. You can talk openly about what’s concerning you, and I’ll use my experience to help find the right way forward.
Outside HEIR, you’ll usually find me at the gym, heading out for a wholesome walk, spending time with my family and friends or planning my next sunny holiday. I’ve even discovered I’m a surprisingly happy camper!
After 19 years, I’m still passionate about learning, developing my expertise and raising the standard of what’s possible for clients who need something more than traditional hairdressing.

Hi, I’m Charlotte.
I’m a Director Stylist and Salon Educator at HEIR with 17 years of experience, and I absolutely love working with clients who feel a little lost with their hair and need someone to guide them towards what’s possible.
Colour is a huge part of what I do. I specialise in Grey Blending, transformational and corrective colour, as well as curl-enhancing services. I love taking something that feels difficult or overwhelming to a client and creating a clear plan that gets them where they want to be while always considering the condition of their hair, their lifestyle and what will work for them long term.
I’m incredibly proud to be a multi-award-winning stylist, having been named Colourist of the Year twice as well as winning an award for my work with curls. Those achievements mean so much to me, but I still get the biggest buzz from seeing a client look in the mirror and genuinely love what they see.
I also specialise in advanced hair enhancement and hair replacement solutions, including the HEIR Extension System, mesh and meshless integration and long hair systems. This means I can look beyond a traditional cut or colour appointment when someone needs a different kind of solution.
If you come to me feeling unsure, overwhelmed or simply at a loss with what to do with your hair, please don’t worry. You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what to ask for. I’ll listen, ask the right questions and guide you through your options.

As HEIR’s Salon Educator, I’m also passionate about developing our team and sharing everything I’ve learned throughout my career. I love education, new techniques and finding better ways of doing things, and bringing that knowledge back to both our team and my clients.
Outside the salon, I’m a proud fur mum to Teddy, I love fashion, and I have a particular weakness for trainers!
After 17 years in the industry, I still genuinely love creating transformations, solving hair challenges and helping someone leave my chair feeling more confident than when they arrived.

Hi, I'm Natalie.
For me, great hair has always started with making people feel comfortable.
With over 8 years of experience, I know that no two clients are the same. Some arrive excited about trying something new, while others come to me feeling nervous, self-conscious or unsure of what the right solution might be. Taking the time to really listen is one of the most important parts of every appointment.
I love helping clients who want a more personalised approach to their hair. Whether that's creating a bespoke colour, adding natural fullness with the HEIR Extension System, or supporting someone through their hair loss journey with mesh integration, meshless integration or long hair systems, my goal is always the same: to help you feel confident in a way that feels natural and achievable.
I'm a big believer that your hair should work for your life, not the other way around. That's why every recommendation I make is tailored around your lifestyle, your routine and what will genuinely make you feel your best long after you've left the salon.
Many of my clients tell me they feel they've found someone who truly understands them, and that's something I'm incredibly proud of. Building lasting relationships and being part of someone's confidence journey is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Hi, I’m Poppy.
I’ve always believed that great hair has the power to completely change how you feel, and I genuinely love being part of that moment for every client who sits in my chair.
Hairdressing has been my passion from an early age. I started working in a salon while I was still at school before completing my Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications, and since then I’ve continued developing my skills through advanced education with leading international colour brands.
Colour is one of my favourite things to create, particularly soft, lived-in blondes and beautifully blended colour that looks amazing without feeling high maintenance. I love baby lights and balayage, creating seamless results that grow out beautifully and work with real life rather than leaving you feeling tied to constant salon appointments.
I also love a gorgeous butterfly cut, creating movement, shape and those beautiful face-framing layers that can completely refresh your hair.
For me, your appointment should be something you can genuinely enjoy. You don’t need to feel nervous or know all the hairdressing terminology before you arrive. Come in, get comfortable and relax. We’ll talk about your hair, what you like, what you don’t and what will realistically work for your lifestyle.
I’m naturally curious and always looking to learn something new, whether that’s refining my colour techniques or finding better ways to give my clients beautiful, healthy results that last.

Hi, I’m Ezmae.
I’ve been working in hairdressing for four years, after first stepping into a salon at 15, and one of the things I love most about my job is making people feel genuinely comfortable in my chair.
I know that visiting a salon doesn’t feel easy for everyone. You might be nervous, unsure how to explain what you want, worried you won’t be understood or simply need a little more time and reassurance. I’m naturally a calm person and I really listen, so I’m always happy to adapt an appointment where I can to help you feel relaxed, understood and completely yourself.
Curls are one of my favourite things to work with. I love seeing natural texture come back to life and helping clients understand their own curls rather than feeling like they have to fight against them. I take the time to look at how your hair naturally behaves, what you find difficult at home and what you’d like to achieve, so we can create something that works for you beyond the salon.
That same care goes into all of my appointments. Whether we’re working with your curls, changing your colour or refreshing your cut, I pay attention to the details and want you to feel involved and listened to throughout.
Some of my proudest moments aren’t necessarily the biggest transformations. They’re when a client looks in the mirror and you can see their confidence return. It could be a colour that finally makes them feel like themselves again or seeing curls they’d struggled with suddenly come back to life. That feeling is what makes my job so rewarding.
If you’re nervous about coming into a salon, I’d especially love you to know that there’s no pressure to be anything other than yourself in my chair. We can talk through everything at a pace that feels comfortable, and I’ll take the time to understand what you need from both your hair and your appointment.
Outside HEIR, I’m usually spending time with my two dogs, my Shih Tzu and Malshi, heading out shopping or treating myself to a matcha.
Above all, I want every client who sits in my chair to feel **comfortable, relaxed and completely themselves**, while knowing their hair is being looked after with genuine care.

Hi, I’m Yasmine.
I’ve been working in hairdressing for almost three years, and for me, one of the loveliest parts of this job is seeing someone leave my chair feeling more confident than when they arrived.
I’m particularly passionate about extensions, blow dries and styling. I love creating hair that gives someone that little lift, whether that means adding natural-looking fullness and length with extensions or simply giving you a beautiful finish that makes you feel amazing.
Extensions are an area I’m especially excited to keep developing at HEIR. One of my proudest career moments so far was when Kim, our award-winning extension expert and someone I really look up to, saw a set of extensions I’d created and thought they were her own work. That was such a confidence-building moment for me and made me even more determined to keep developing my skills in an area I love.
But however important the finished result is, I also care about how you feel while you’re in my chair.
I’m a good listener by nature and I love getting to know my clients, understanding what they want from their hair and doing everything I can to meet their expectations. I want my appointments to feel calm, comfortable and personal, with plenty of time for you to talk through what you like, what you’re unsure about and how you’d really like to feel about your hair.
I especially enjoy working with clients who love a chat but also appreciate a calm salon experience. There’s room for both in my chair. I want you to feel comfortable enough to be yourself, enjoy your appointment and know that I’m listening.
For me, the best result is when someone genuinely falls back in love with their hair. Seeing that confidence come back is something I’ll never get tired of.
Outside HEIR, I love going for walks, reading, spending time with my friends and family and having a good self-care night. That little bit of time to switch off and look after yourself is something I really value, and I want my clients to feel they can have that during their appointments too.

Hi, I'm Ella.
Hairdressing has quickly become so much more than a career for me, it's something I genuinely love. Every day I get to learn, create and meet wonderful people, and I honestly couldn't imagine doing anything else.
One of the proudest moments of my journey so far was being named Apprentice of the Year at The Salon Awards. It was an incredible achievement and one that has inspired me to keep learning, growing and giving every client the very best experience I possibly can.
I love looking after our Blow Dry Club members and supporting the salon team, making sure every client feels welcomed, relaxed and leaves looking and feeling amazing. Whether I'm creating a beautiful blow dry or learning a new technique, I put my whole heart into everything I do.
I'm naturally bubbly, positive and love chatting with clients, so I always hope my chair feels like a place where you can relax, have a laugh and enjoy a little time for yourself.
As part of the HEIR team, I'm constantly developing my skills through hands-on training and education, and I can't wait to continue growing as a stylist while helping even more clients feel confident in their hair.

Hi, I’m Maddy.
Hairdressing has been part of my family for generations, so choosing this career feels really special to me. I’ve now been part of the industry for a year, and I’m loving building my confidence, developing my skills and discovering the kind of hairdresser I want to become.
One of my favourite parts of my week is being part of the HEIR Blow-Dry Club and getting to know my regular weekly clients. I love that feeling at the end of an appointment when the hair is beautifully finished, dressed out and styled and you can see how good someone feels when they look in the mirror.
I’m especially passionate about bouncy, flicky blow-dries and hair-ups, and these are definitely areas I’d love to become known for as I continue developing at HEIR. I also really enjoy being involved with colour appointments and helping with our younger clients, particularly finishing their hair with a beautiful plait.
Something I’m really proud of is how much my confidence has grown since starting my career. I’ve always loved talking to people, but I’m now becoming much more confident professionally too, explaining what I’m going to do, understanding what someone wants and trusting myself to help create the finished look they’ve asked for.
I’m naturally very chatty and love getting to know people, so if you love a good conversation during your appointment, we’ll probably get along brilliantly! But I also understand that sometimes your salon appointment is your chance to switch off. If you’d rather have a quieter appointment and simply relax, that’s completely fine too. Your time at HEIR should feel like *your* time.
Outside the salon, I’m definitely a people person. I love a good party and spending time with friends, but I’m equally happy having a quiet day with my family, cuddling my little brother and sisters or doing my little sister’s hair ready for nursery. And if I’m properly switching off, there’s usually a good Netflix series involved!
I’m excited about how much there still is for me to learn. Being surrounded by the HEIR team means I get to watch, practise and learn every day, and I’m looking forward to continuing to grow into the stylist I want to become.
Most of all, I want clients to see how much I genuinely care about what I’m doing. There’s nothing better than finishing someone’s hair, turning them towards the mirror and seeing that they’re really happy with what I’ve created.

Hi, I’m Tahlia.
I’m one of the newest members of the HEIR team and I’m right at the beginning of my hairdressing journey.
Starting a completely new career can feel daunting, so one of the things I’m already most proud of is simply having the confidence to go after something I really wanted to do. Now I’m here, I’m excited to learn, work hard and discover where my career in hairdressing can take me.
I’ve always been creative and artistic, and I love doing different hairstyles for my friends. Now I get to turn that creativity into professional skills, learning from the experienced stylists around me and getting involved in salon life every day.
There’s so much I’m looking forward to learning, but one of my first missions is mastering the perfect big, bouncy blow-dry!
As I develop at HEIR, I’d love to become known for being kind, determined and someone who really puts the client first. I’m naturally supportive, I like helping the people around me and, once I set my mind to something, I’m determined to see it through.
Although I’m only at the beginning of my training, I already know the kind of experience I want to give people. I want clients to feel comfortable around me and know that I’ll listen, support them and do everything I can to help them feel looked after.
Outside the salon, I’m a huge animal lover and love anything creative or artistic. Hair still manages to make its way into my spare time too, as I’m often trying different styles on my friends!
I know I have lots to learn, and that’s exactly what excites me. I’m looking forward to building my skills, growing in confidence and eventually discovering the areas of hairdressing that become *my thing*.
For now, I’m incredibly proud to be starting that journey as part of the HEIR team, and I can’t wait to see what comes next.

Hi, I'm Alexandria.
As a Receptionist at HEIR, I'm often the first person you'll speak to when you begin your journey with us, and I genuinely love helping clients feel welcomed, reassured and looked after from that very first conversation.
Whether you've completed one of our consultation forms, are enquiring about a service or simply aren't sure where to start, I'll be here to guide you through the next steps. I understand that reaching out can sometimes feel like the hardest part, especially if you're concerned about your hair or trying something completely new, so my aim is always to make the process feel easy, supportive and completely pressure-free.
Behind the scenes, I work closely with our stylists to ensure every appointment is carefully planned, helping match clients with the right services and making sure every visit runs as smoothly as possible. I love being part of those first conversations and seeing clients grow in confidence as they begin their journey with HEIR.
I'm passionate about creating an organised, welcoming environment where every client feels genuinely valued. Whether I'm answering your questions, helping you plan your appointments or simply greeting you with a smile when you arrive, I want every interaction to leave you feeling confident that you're in the right place.

Hi, I’m Victoria.
As Salon Manager at HEIR, I’m the person helping to keep everything moving behind the scenes, supporting our clients, developing our team and helping drive the continued growth of the salon.
I’ve been part of HEIR for nine years, working closely alongside Natalie and Natasha to develop the systems, standards and client experience behind what we do. I’m incredibly proud to have been a two-time Manager of the year finalist at the British Hairdressing Business Awards, as well as a finalist for a Creative HEAD leadership award.
My biggest passion, though, is our team. I love seeing people grow in confidence, develop their skills and succeed in their careers. One of my proudest achievements has been seeing HEIR named Apprentice Team of the Year at the BIBAs for two consecutive years, recognising the training, support and education we put around the next generation of our team. This year, being named Micro Business of the Year was another incredibly proud moment.
For our clients, I’m here to make your journey through HEIR feel easy and well looked after, whether that’s guiding you towards the right stylist or appointment or making sure everything behind the scenes runs as it should.
