What does the membership include?
Your membership includes regular Curl-by-Curl Cut appointments every 10 weeks with either a Rising Curl Specialist (Curl Perfection) or Senior Curl Expert (Curly Queen), depending on your membership tier.
You'll also receive a complimentary curly wash and diffuse in your birthday month.
Can I upgrade to a full Curl Experience?
Yes. On the day of your Curl Cut, you're welcome to upgrade to a full Curl Experience, which includes a steam hydration treatment, curl-enhancing mask and luxury finish. Just ask your stylist at check-in.
How are my appointments scheduled?
Your appointments are pre-booked every 10 weeks, so you never have to worry about remembering to book. We’ll help keep your curls defined, healthy, and beautifully shaped year-round.
Can I add colour services on Curl Cut days?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to add colour services to your appointments on a pay-as-you-go basis. Let your stylist know in advance and we’ll tailor your booking to include both.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
We understand life happens. If you need to reschedule, just contact us in advance and we’ll help find a new time that works for you. Please note, missed or repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your membership.
