We are eliminating the requirement for an upfront deposit to secure your salon appointment.
Instead, we are introducing a highly secure card capture system, a process used by countless reputable companies, including those in the hospitality industry for hotel bookings.
Rest assured that your card details will be stored with the utmost care and security.
Our top priority is ensuring the safety of your information, and you can trust that your data will be handled with the same diligence we apply to everything we do at HEIR Salon.
You will only need to update your records with us once! Making the process so much easier and more convenient than making a deposit for every booking!
In the unlikely event of a last-minute cancellation that we are unable to fill, we will apply a cancellation fee inline with our cancellation policy.
A Step Forward in Technology: To facilitate these exciting changes, we've decided to upgrade our salon software.
This is a major project, but it's all worth it to ensure a smoother and more seamless customer experience.
The upgraded software will offer a range of benefits, including improved membership management, secure card capture, and easier online booking.

On Monday, 31st July, we will be implementing these changes. On this day, our online booking system will be temporarily unavailable.
Rest assured, once the upgrade is complete, all previous links will be redirected to our new and improved online booking platform.
If you have any saved links or apps on your phone related to the old software, please note that they will no longer function.

Any pre-booked future appointments and existing deposits will be fully honored and remain unaffected by the changes.
