As we grow, we’re looking for a standout Part Time Receptionist to join us and play a vital role in helping our day run beautifully, from first hello to final checkout.

We are expanding our front of house team, where energy, people skills and structure matter.

You’ll support our amazing Salon Co-ordinator, ensure the client journey flows with ease, and bring the salon experience we’re known for.

The Role

Part Time Receptionist

Overseeing front of house duties to the highest standards and maintaining excellent customer care at all times. 

The Hours

• Tuesday: 9:30am – 5:00pm

• Friday: 12:00pm – 5:00pm

• Saturday: 9:00am – 3:00pm

  with the opportunity to increase hours to cover annual leave or busy periods throughout the year.

You’ll be the first impression, the go-to support, and the person who keeps the salon moving with professionalism, positivity and purpose.

✨ Desirable (But Not Essential):

• Front desk, salon or hospitality experience

• Confidence with salon software or booking tools

• An interest in beauty, hair or guest experience

• A proactive, upbeat personality who enjoys helping others

• Ability to adapt, multi-task and stay calm under pressure
