We get asked about our focus alot! It seems that not all salons or hair professionals share this… but we are an open book and want to be completely honest. After all, the best relationships are built on honesty!
We are not a ‘bums on seats’, high turnover type of salon. We believe in quality and experience. We provide a home from home salon environment, where customers can relax, unwind and get great service, advice and results.

We understand that if you have 2 places to be and one of them isn’t work - your focus isn’t on your client.
Have a client who hasn’t turned up? Finished your service early? No problem, go home, go shopping, enjoy your time.
Of course all of the above is done in an organised, fair and mutually respectable way.

The appraisals are completely confidential and are held every 12 weeks and of course completely free of charge to all employees.

Ok, we all love our craft, yeah? But do we seriously want to be working behind a chair until we are 75?
NOPE!

Sick pay? You will even receive Statutory Sick Pay from the government if you need to take time of work due to illness or injury, and whilst its not millions, every little helps yeah?!

We understand that you want security and want to know what is coming in each month…. so…. to reduce the risk of low commission affecting your take home wage we offer a guarantee on your basic wage!!
Regardless of those no show or cancelled appointments you will either take home a guaranteed basic wage OR commission (whichever is highest!) No strings attached! Everyone needs financial security (in our. opinion)

We have a skilled Reception Team to deal with bookings, payments, queries and any admin involved in the smooth running of the salon.
We provide regular catch ups, regular training and regular coaching to ensure you are supported and achieving your goals.
A team of apprentices also assist with the running of the salon from shampooing your client to even assisting with your column with colour services and blow drys.
