I have been with HEIR for what feels like forever and I can confidently say I'm still as delighted as that very first day I sat in the chair.
Not only do I consistently get the highest level of service but I also get hair that literally stops people in the street for a recommendation of the salon (I've lost count of the occasions this has happened).
The HEIR team simply do not settle for anything less than perfection; the finest quality products, creativity and flair to drive vision into results and high professional standards with no room for compromise.
On every visit to the salon I'm treated like brand new customer with a full consultation and breakdown about how my hair has been and what I'm looking to achieve on this appointment. I never feel rushed or simply just a number, that conversation feels as important to her as that very first one we had all those years ago. The team sits, listens and takes time to understand my vision even when the salon is bustling with customers. After all perfection should not be rushed.
But above the professionalism and technical craft that delivers nothing less than amazing hair, there's something much more to this business that keeps me coming through the door. So much so I can drive over 150 miles after a long day from my place of work in Cumbria just to sit in that chair....and that's simply the people. A place where you will always feel like a relative who's just popped in for a chat, or a close friend that they haven't seen in a while and can't wait to catch up with. A place where you will feel nothing less than family.
I can go on and on but really there are not enough words to give this place and the people in it justice. To feel and understand it you need to sit in the chair, share company with these family orientated people and experience the outstanding service for yourself. I can assure you, you won't be disappointed. After a decade of beautiful hair I can't wait for a decade more....
